I had the pleasure of having Matthew and John visit my apartment to repair my patio door lock. They were SUPER FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! They found the problem quickly, but they didn't have the part to repair it. They had to take the lock with them, so they made sure my patio door was secured so nobody could enter without me letting them in. They even had great sense of humors!!!! I wish there were more people like Matthew and John in this world!!!!!

I needed some specific trim for my shower glass door and Action Glass came to my rescue. I took my original pieces thinking I would have to leave them at the shop.
Well...they took care of me right on the spot, measured and cut my pieces and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Great service and great company.

So I contacted Action Glass and not only did they replace just the glass in our window but they replaced it for an extremely fair price. Will definitely use them in the future! From phone call to finish the office ladies, estimator and the technicians were all very nice and well-knowledged. Highly recommended!!!

Owning a few businesses myself I understand & appreciate good customer service which isn't as common as it used to be. it's even less common to get exceptional service. It was so good I assume she must be the owner! 🙂 The icing on the cake is the rest of her team did a tremendous job on the windows! Which, by the way, were not even square.

Through the years we have had several windows replaced by Action Glass. Recently a wind storm took down a large tree resulting in a limb poking through one of our large windows. Action Glass came the next day, measured the glass and gave us an estimate to submit to our insurance company. 10 days later our new window was installed. The glass was perfect size, and the installation was done with perfection. Their installer has been with the company for over 20 years. He was professional, precise, and personable. Our new window looks great, and woodwork around the window looks undisturbed. We highly recommend Action Glass for any of your glass repair needs.

LOVE this company. Was difficult to even find someone to replace the broken glass in 2 windows. The person who came out and did the estimate and the installer were both SUPER great. AND, at a reasonable price. If you need glass replaced, this is the only place you need to call. Delighted I found them.
