I had the pleasure of having Matthew and John visit my apartment to repair my patio door lock. They were SUPER FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! They found the problem quickly, but they didn't have the part to repair it. They had to take the lock with them, so they made sure my patio door was secured so nobody could enter without me letting them in. They even had great sense of humors!!!! Through the years we have had several windows replaced by Action Glass. Recently a wind storm took down a large tree resulting in a limb poking through one of our large windows. Action Glass came the next day, measured the glass and gave us an estimate to submit to our insurance company. 10 days later our new window was installed. The glass was perfect size, and the installation was done with perfection. Their installer has been with the company for over 20 years. He was professional, precise, and personable.
